Yesterday, the big premiere of “Harry Potter – The order of the Phoenix” was launched in the Netherlands. I’ve always been a fan, so I cheerfully accepted Amit’s proposal to go see it. I was also reading for a few days the book with the same name :)
I saw the movie before finishing the book, but I’m still gonna’ read it. It’s awesome written and it practically captures you, and as I’m always reading in the evening, it affects my wake-up capabilities in the morning :D.
Anyway, the movie was good, but as I’ve read most of the book, I could see the inconsistencies and how the story transformed on screen. I thing they did a pretty good job tough. It was fun and exciting, I can’t wait to see the next 2 movies and I determined to get a physical copy of the books (I’m reading on PDF files on my laptop and sometimes it’s very uncomfortable).
For all of you guys that are now laughing their heads of: you don’t know what you’re missing. These books are not for kids ;).

I totally agree with you Zeno. I’ve read the first 6 books and all I can say is that they’re great! I’m looking forward to read the 7th. :)
Anyway, if you get the chance, read them in English. It’s much, much, MUCH better than the Romanian translated version.
Enjoy!
