Today I’ll just show off … After long eBay searches and unsuccessful bid, sleepless nights, desperate longing, etc. I finally managed to replace my old phone. And as you may imagine I didn’t replace it with any phone … I replaced it with The Phone :). So to make things short I am now the happy owner of an iPhone!
I can tell you that after a week I still didn’t get bored with it. It continues to make me feel good, providing me with: excellent Internet surfing capabilities, clear and perfect music as only an iPod can, good e-mail and RSS reader, innovative bubbles text messaging and the list could go on. The only thing I’m missing is my synchronized Outlook tasks list, but I can live with that for a while as new software for this marvelous device pops up every day.
Next on the list is a laptop (probably MacBook Air) from Apple. I’m so very frustrated with Windows and all I want is a computer with an Operating System that just works. If you’re a Windows user and don’t know about Apple, you should check them out. My bet is that you’ll instantly love them.
The other thing I wanted to tell you about is my fish bowl (literally). I received it for Christmas and I still didn’t manage to kill the two fishes in it although I tried very hard. I never remember when I have to feed them or change their water :). And because they’ve survived for such a long time I made their environment more friendly buying them some colored aquarium marbles and a plant to oxygenate the water. Hopefully they’ll still be here when I make my next post :D.
I also put up a new song for you guys because it seems you really like my radio :).
Cheers,
The Lion[1]

On the back on my iPhone it’s laser written:
Designed by Apple in California, Assembled in China, Model No.: A1203, FCC ID: BCGA1203, Serial No.: 7V739DRXXX, IMEI No.:011301001645XXX.
Last 3 numbers were removed for privacy’s sake :)
Funny story of the “poor” fishes :D try to change their water even though you bought the plant(once a week or so) ;) They need a lot of care, even they resisted so far.
I hope that we’ll read only good news in your next post(regarding the fishes) :)
Carefull with that MacBook Air decision: it doesn’t have integrated network conectivity. So… no cable :)
iPhone is one of the new tehnology gadgets that makes me think “wow… evolution”. Yesterday I found something really amazing in music tehnology: reactable… wow…
Now… about fishes… sa zic pe romaneste: caraselul auriu e al dracu’ de rezistent :)) Dar ai grija de el ca merita, creste minunat!
Hey,
Thanks for the warnings, I know it doesn’t have Ethernet, but it does have an external DVD drive and a USB network adapter is very cheap. Ah, one more thing: the MacBook Air is not supposed to be a gaming system. Leopard is highly efficient in managing resources and 1,2-1,8 Ghz is a good processor speed for a laptop.

Hey Zeno!
Congrats on your new friend! One of my friends already has it, I tried it and it is even better than on your videos during summer… I have it on my list as well:)
Although I’ve been exposed a lot to MacBook too, I decided not to switch. But having recently seen MacBook air, I reopened the “Apple dilemma”:)
Good luck!
M.
PS: send my greetings to your fish:)
Heeey Martin :)
I know, I know … it’s a marvelous device :). I’ve tried to speak to the fish … they didn’t quite get it :D :D :D.
Nice to hear from you,
Zee.
Not very nice … they f*king ate my 40 RON plant I bought for them … there is not plant anymore. I guess I’ll have a nice barbecue in a few days … fishy, fishy, fishy…

Today a friend of mine showed to me a replication of the iPhone, the difference was that although it had a touchscreen it still had 4 buttons under the screen.
One question, on the back of your iPhone does it say “Apple retain all power.” That was funny. :)
