Yesterday, the big premiere of “Harry Potter – The order of the Phoenix” was launched in the Netherlands. I’ve always been a fan, so I cheerfully accepted Amit’s proposal to go see it. I was also reading for a few days the book with the same name :)
I saw the movie before finishing the book, but I’m still gonna’ read it. It’s awesome written and it practically captures you, and as I’m always reading in the evening, it affects my wake-up capabilities in the morning :D.
Anyway, the movie was good, but as I’ve read most of the book, I could see the inconsistencies and how the story transformed on screen. I thing they did a pretty good job tough. It was fun and exciting, I can’t wait to see the next 2 movies and I determined to get a physical copy of the books (I’m reading on PDF files on my laptop and sometimes it’s very uncomfortable).
For all of you guys that are now laughing their heads of: you don’t know what you’re missing. These books are not for kids ;).

While I was reading a friend‘s blog today, I stumbled up-on a video. Usually I don’t watch this kind of things, but my friend wrote in his post it would be worth my time.
I had the patience to wait for the YouTube video to load and started watching. By the middle of the video shivers were running down my spine. This video is one of the few leaving a mark, it shows how we often forget about the small things that can make our lives more enjoyable. Although it’s right there in front of us, we’re so engulfed in our daily routine and we just can’t see it.
Free Hugs is a true story and has become an Internet phenomenon:

Hey guys,
I’ve just discovered a very cool video made by two kids. It just shows that with enough commitment, creativity and motivation one can achieve great things. Some call these little movies “better than StarWars” :).
Enjoy:
